Corporate Policy

1 - PREMISE
This document defines the corporate policy regarding the aspects of the Quality Management System.

The document is prepared by the Management and is intended to define the general guidelines for company activities.

The indications of the company policy are enforceable through the provisions of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Standard.

Main objectives of QMS are:
  • Effective and efficient management of the business processes;
  • Endless improvement;
  • Increasing satisfaction of Customers and Stakeholders;
  • Development of a strategy aimed at performance improvement and at actions for improvement;
  • To make all necessary information and resources to achieve objectives and goals available;
  • A conscious evaluation of the effects of own activity on climate change

2 - SIGNIFICANT ELEMENTS AND DECISIONS OF CORPORATE POLICY
It is the intention of Tecnomac's Management to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the compliance of services provided in terms of quality, reliability, punctuality and competence. It intends to always operate according to safety criteria, in full compliance with current regulations and own Code of Ethics.

Management believes in the need to address quality issues from an overall perspective aimed at ensuring its operational effectiveness.

Everyone at Tecnomac must actively commit to pursuing the continuous improvement of the Quality System, favouring prevention over correction.

Each company activity must fulfil following general objectives:

1 - Always provide services that fully satisfy customer needs, trying to use the best technologies available on the market and create awareness among internal resources, through staff training, of the need to achieve ever increasing quality standards.

2 - Operate in a manner so that the customer maintains a relationship of trust with Tecnomac. The image of our Company must reflect characteristics of efficiency, professionalism and reliability.

3 - Expect the highest level of quality of one's work, suggesting improvements and committing to carrying out one's work in a way that will avoid complaints by setting adequate indicators and periodically checking the achievement of objectives.

4 - Involve internal staff so that everyone recognises the importance of own role and acquires awareness in relation to this policy document.

5 - Improve internal efficiency through professional growth, personal motivation and through periodic review of the integrated management system to verify that it is implemented effectively and that it is suitable for achieving the objectives.

6 – To carry out preventive evaluation on the impact that each company strategy, action or behavior may have on climate change and, whenever possible, to select the one that has the least.

3 - COMPANY OBJECTIVES
Following the above, the objectives that the Management has identified and which must be achieved with the involvement of all staff and collaborators have been established in the management review and are briefly summarised below.

3.1 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The ISO 9001:2018 quality management system implemented many years ago has become a consolidated standard. The transition to the ISO 9001:2015 system must be considered as the drive to further improve what has thus far been achieved. The operating procedures have allowed us a general organisation which, through planning, feedback and verification of what has been planned, has allowed us to optimise company resources.

3.2 - HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPANY STRUCTURE
Human resources within the organization, in all roles and at all levels, will be valued in order to increase professional growth and to generate a strong sense of unity and belonging.

3.3 - COMPANY TREND AND STRATEGY
Thanks to diversification of the business, our company was able to cope with multiple global downturns over past few years and managed to keep good commercial volumes and strong financial indicators.


Our consistent behavior towards Customers and Suppliers, our professionalism and our high commitment to work have rewarded Tecnomac with a stronger footprint in the market.

Considering uncertain market scenarios, international political tensions and global technological revolutions likely to happen in the short term, Tecnomac's commitment is to grow on quality rather than quantity and to be, whenever possible, a game changer in its sector by anticipating new trends.

Our policy will therefore remain that of:

1 - Satisfying, with our high quality performance, the expectations of our customers;

2 - Valorising our human resources, the true capital of our company, encouraging the professional improvement of each individual;

3 - Promoting an organised, serene, comfortable and, above of all, safe work environment;

4 – To carry-out own activity respecting the Environment and by willing to minimize the effects on climate change.
